52  Presentations and Reports

This catalog is the manual’s single entry point for OPALX reports and presentations. Entries are grouped by year and sorted newest first. Each link opens an unnumbered detail page with a searchable text summary and a link to the original file in opalx-documents.

The detail pages are deliberately outside the numbered book structure. Adding reports therefore does not expand the manual sidebar, renumber its chapters, or add an unbounded archive to the downloadable PDF.

52.1 Add an entry

Create the detail page under resources/reports/YYYY/ and add it to the matching year above. The report archive renders those pages separately, so no per-report entry belongs in the book chapters in _quarto.yml. Put the original PDF or presentation in the matching category and year in opalx-documents, then link it through documents-base-url.

The Documentation Workflow contains the link template and asset rules. Supporting datasets and examples should remain linked from the manual page that explains how they are used.
